Thank you for being here! I’m so excited to work with you! A little bit about me, I’m a wedding & portrait photographer for joyful, adventurous, and fun-seeking couples. I’m an outdoor lover and adventure seeker, married to my best friend and we have three kids together. I’m most at home in the mountains or on water, feel happiest around a firepit, and am completely obsessed with dogs and 80’s movies!
At my core – I’m an easy going and social person who loves to laugh and talk to people! I’m a people person and somewhat of an artistic type, so it makes sense I would fall in love with photography! I am also a day dreamer and I like to write and dream about one day writing a book! Fun fact about me is that I used to be a paramedic on an ambulance. I love to help people in their time of need and I have been told I have a calming presence. Further, it is my hope that my love of photography will help you better cherish your loved ones with timeless photos that will make you smile for years to come. I cannot wait to tell YOUR story and meet you!

Mike is very patient, which is helpful if you’re a little nervous or don’t pose for pictures very often, and he takes the time to line up great shots. He is professional, friendly, and positive. You spend a good chunk of time with your photographer on your big day, so it’s important to choose one that is a joy to be around, like Mike. Our friends and family said great things about him, too.
In terms of his business, he is very organized and consistent. He is timely with communication and pays close attention to his clients’ wishes. Before I even hired him, I mentioned I was worried about over-exposure with my pale skin, and when we took photos months later he remembered my concern and was careful to make sure I was comfortable with the lighting throughout. This is someone who pursues his craft with his client’s satisfaction as his top priority.

Mike is really talented, and such a gem. I actually noticed other photographers and their clients stop what they were doing to watch Mike during our session! The whole experience was WONDERFUL and we will definitely BOOK with him again!
Mike took family photos of us and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how they turned out! Other than “I want nice family photos” he had no other direction from me and worked his magic. He found us an amazing spot in a location I had never heard of. One of my daughters is pretty shy but he was able to make her feel comfortable and got amazing shots. The kids never complained once and are proud to show off their photos.
